8. Intellectual Property

9.2. Our total liability for any claims related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

10.1. Either party may terminate Services with 30 days' written notice.
10.2. We may suspend or terminate Services immediately for violations of these T&C.
10.3. Upon termination, you must remove all content from our servers.

11. Changes to Terms

11.2. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
